I think at some point before he became one of the greatest basketball players of all time, Michael Jordan must have worked in the heavy construction field.
I love his quote.
There are always going to be problems and obstacles on a construction site. That is the nature of the beast!
Don’t get flustered. Shut down.
Doesn’t cost you any money to park.
It will cost you lots of money to keep going and allow the problems to multiply.
Get the team together, reach out for help, bring in the right people, and have an “Operations Intervention”.
Then put together a new, improved plan and get after it.
You will overcome!
